Plaid Bedroom Decor & Design

Depending on who you are, plaid can be a bit of a hot topic- you either love it or you absolutely hate it. Personally, I love using plaid bedroom decor… as long as it’s done the right way! Plaid is very traditional, cozy, and a little rustic of a pattern, but you can easily transition this classic design to be more modern to better fit your aesthetic!

I’ve used plaid in many rooms over the years like my son’s forest bedroom, a simple plaid throw in our modern primary bedroom in our previous home and now in my son’s new upcoming bedroom.

I’m a firm believer that anyone who is anti-plaid will change their mind if they see a plaid room done right. I’ve created three plaid bedroom design boards, all very different visually and aesthetically, but all with a tasteful amount of plaid flair!
