Christmas Porch With Fresh Greens

For the last couple of years I have struggled a little bit with how to decorate our porch for Christmas. It either turns out too cheesy or just not what I had envisioned. I decided to go with something completely different this year and do a simple Christmas Porch with Fresh Greens. And pretty much JUST fresh greens! I really love the classic and elegant look of simple greens on the porch and often wonder if I love it so much, why not try it myself? So here we are trying something new this year!

Today, also kicked off my Christmas Porch Hop that I have hosted for a few years. So be sure to scroll through the post to see the other 10 Christmas Porches.

Christmas Porch With Fresh Greens

This Christmas Porch With Fresh Greens is both traditional and a little modern. Love the minimalist approach to porch decorations for the holidays.

Hang fresh garland around your front door for the holidays. Simple greens from grocery store can make such a difference!

Christmas Planters With Fresh Greens

Create your own DIY Christmas Planters filled with fresh greens and birch logs. Love this traditional yet modern look for the holidays.

I used the same black planters that I had up here throughout the fall (and many other seasons, I just love them) and created my own Christmas planters. I snagged up a few bushels of mixed greens from the grocery store and just started to play! Then, I added these birch logs and simple red berries I picked up from the craft store to give it some more texture. I think it could probably use a little more red somewhere in here but I’m happy with the classic and elegant look out here!

Hanging Greens on Door

Create your own modern Christmas wreath using a bushel of fresh greens tied up with a simple ribbon.

This year I opted for a bunch of hanging greens tied up with a bow versus the traditional wreath. I loved the more modern plate charger wreath I made a few weeks ago, but it just didn’t work out here.

Winter Porch Decor

Classic Christmas Porch Decor using fresh green garland around the door and winter planters with birch logs!

Now if only there was snow covering the porch and greens, then this look would be complete!

Now check out all the beautiful porches below…

It’s often the final finishing touches that truly transform the vibe of a room. I picked up some final styling pieces from @wayfair , I am obsessed with both side tables. They are both statement pieces. And the personal photos, candle, heart trays and leather pillows are why bring the warmth and personal touches into this space.

I finally found the perfect family and pet-friendl I finally found the perfect family and pet-friendly sofa that passes the designer test! This is the 5-Seat Modular Corner Sectional from @7thavenueco in the color Oatmeal Beige. We ordered it in the extra-deep seat option for ultimate coziness. The material is water-repellent, stain-resistant and you can also throw all covers in the wash!

We cannot say enough great things about this sofa, we all love it and just sink into it. It definitely passes the family test. Plus, it truly is gorgeous. It looks very chic.

Comment SOFA and I’ll send you the link to this exact one!
