Build Your Dream Home with Tri Pointe Homes

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Tri Pointe Homes, all opinions are my own.

Have you ever dreamt of building your own home? It’s something I think about daily! I imagine that moment when you walk into a blank canvas that’s full of endless design possibilities. It’s an experience I hope to have one day, which is why I am so excited for today’s post and my brand new partnership with Tri Pointe Homes. In the upcoming months, Tri Pointe Homes is launching five new communities in Washington’s Puget Sound region. I can’t wait to share all the new neighborhoods with you and talk design!

If you are curious about the home building process or how much you can personalize your home with Tri Pointe Homes, I’m going to answer everything!

Build Your Dream Home with Tri Pointe Homes

f you aren’t familiar with Tri Pointe Homes (formerly Quadrant Homes), they are a national home building company that was founded in 2009 by a team of veteran home builders from around the country. Today, you can find Tri Pointe Homes in Washington, California, Colorado, the Carolinas, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Maryland and Northern Virginia. So even if you aren’t in Washington, there is still a good chance you can find one of their communities near you.

TriPointe Homes Design Studio

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to tour the Tri Pointe Homes Design Studio in Bellevue, Washington. I was able to see firsthand the process customers go through as they purchase their new home and personalize it to fit their own style. Needless to say, I was blown away with the number of options and finishes they have for  your home. And the best part, you have a personal Design Consultant to help you through the entire process with expert advice.

Learn how to build your dream home with Tri Pointe Homes ! Personalize your home by picking out every finish that fits your style.

The Design Studio is absolutely stunning and filled floor to ceiling with design ideas. I had the entire space to myself and I felt like a kid in a candy store. I could have stayed the whole day playing with samples and finishes. There is so much to look at. It was truly unbelievable.

You may be looking at this picture thinking, “I don’t even know where to start!” or “I know exactly what I would pick!”. Regardless of your design experience, as soon as you purchase your new Tri Pointe Home you will be paired with a Design Consultant who will help you personalize your home to fit your style and needs. Through the process of picking out your new home finishes, they’ll help you co-create a place that makes you feel right at home. In addition to the opportunity to personalize your home, Tri Pointe also offers homes with a quicker move-in timeline. These homes still have the professional, curated designer touches from their expert team, with a quicker path to moving in.

Personalize Your Finishes

Cabinetry

I have toured model homes before and chatted with other large home builders in the past, and I must say, no one has THIS many finishing options to choose from! Here is a look at the cabinet styles you are able to choose from. Everything from traditional, Shaker style, European, flat front, stained, painted and so much more. In fact, each of those cabinet doors actually open up and you will find more color options for each door style.

Which one would I pick? Well, my eye went straight for the simple Charcoal shaker cabinet in the European style, on the bottom row. That said, I also love balancing the look of white outer cabinets, especially with something like a dark island!

Countertops

After you pick your cabinets, you can choose your countertops. As you can see. they have the more popular and trendy slabs up top, but those lower drawers are also filled with so many great options.

Your Design Consultant will help you understand how your desired finishes can work within your budget. There are a variety of ways you can achieve a beautiful design without having to overspend in every category. For some homeowners, it might be important to invest in a natural stone surface – for others, they might want the highest quality cabinets. Or maybe you want both! Either way, Tri Pointe can offer support in determining the right design path for you.

Backsplashes

What I love most about Tri Pointe, is that you really can design your home to meet your needs, down to the final details. Tri Pointe has so many backsplash options for you. Whether you like simple subway tile, or want a bold pop of color or pattern, they have something for every style that will bring the design of your kitchen to the next level.

Backsplashes are not only for your kitchen, but your bathroom too! Bathroom designs are one of my favorite spaces to work on and these backsplashes did not disappoint. The Design Studio has the latest products that you see trending on Pinterest or Instagram making it easy to design a trendy yet timeless space.

Here is a little bathroom design plan I put together while browsing through the finishes. I could have done this all day! Black hexagon flooring, grey finish cabinets, penny shower floor with a white marble hexagon backsplash. All my favorite neutrals!

Flooring

If you are worried about finding the perfect shade of flooring, you don’t need to be! Everything from hand scraped engineered hardwoods, to solid hardwoods, light wood to dark wood and everything in between. They also have a lot of Luxury Vinyl Plank, a durable and easy to maintain product option as well.

Hardware

The hardware and fixtures you choose for your bathroom and kitchen can help pull the entire look together and complete the style you are going for. Tri Pointe has several different brands of faucets and shower heads available in multiple finishes.

Ok you guys, I think this kitchen faucet display is my favorite part of the entire Design Studio! They have a full functioning trough sink where you can test out all the different kitchen faucet options. When you do dishes multiple times a day, water flow is a big factor!

Stair Railing Options

Learn how to build your dream home with Tri Pointe Homes ! Personalize your home by picking out every finish that fits your style.

This stair railing display is just the best! Here you have three different styles of stair rails to choose from – everything from sleek and modern to more traditional.

Browse Through Model Spaces

If all of these options still have your head spinning, you can walk around the show room and look at several model spaces to help you visualize how your design will come together.

I love this fireplace because it reminds me of the one in our master bedroom! I’ll always be a fan of the modern steel industrial look.

All white kitchen with industrial lighting and grey wood accents.

This all-white kitchen with gray wood accent is really pretty. It’s sleek but also inviting with the accent lighting high-end appliances.

Contemporary kitchen with soft warm tones and gold accents.

If you have a more contemporary style. This kitchen has gorgeous warm tones with a curved island and gold accents.

I’m a huge fan of this antique finish drum light!

Black and White farmhouse Bathroom with black hexagon flooring and large white subway tile

The Design Studio has a lot of bathroom displays and I’m here for it! This black and white modern farmhouse bathroom is simple and gorgeous. The black fixtures instantly caught my eye.

mid century modern bathroom with black flooring and white subway tile, with floating wood vanity.

And then I turned around and saw this! GORGEOUS? The wood vanity gives the space so much warmth while also keeping it modern. The under-cabinet lighting is also beautiful throughout the entire space. It makes me want to add some to our bathroom!

Cottage style primary bathroom with double vanities, large floating tub and solid wall tile.

This primary bathroom layout is full of soft grey tones with a more cottage style. I love the extra lighting behind the mirrors and the full tile wall.

Absolute luxury!

It’s often the final finishing touches that truly transform the vibe of a room. I picked up some final styling pieces from @wayfair , I am obsessed with both side tables. They are both statement pieces. And the personal photos, candle, heart trays and leather pillows are why bring the warmth and personal touches into this space.

I finally found the perfect family and pet-friendl I finally found the perfect family and pet-friendly sofa that passes the designer test! This is the 5-Seat Modular Corner Sectional from @7thavenueco in the color Oatmeal Beige. We ordered it in the extra-deep seat option for ultimate coziness. The material is water-repellent, stain-resistant and you can also throw all covers in the wash!

We cannot say enough great things about this sofa, we all love it and just sink into it. It definitely passes the family test. Plus, it truly is gorgeous. It looks very chic.
