Yes, we are under two weeks away from Christmas and I am finally getting settled into my Christmas Decor! I told you, I’m slow. Yesterday, I mentioned that I am going for more of a wintery look this Christmas so all of my decor can easily transition into the winter months. I gave you peek at my holiday vignette yesterday with my DIY Light-Up Twig Trees and now I am showing you the full display.
Alas, here is my final (for today) Winter White Vignette.
I’m really enjoying the softer tones and textures in my Holiday decor this year. It makes the whole space feel so cozy and festive. Now I just need it to snow!
I used my DIY Sweater Wreath as my focal point and added other neutral tones including my DIY Light-Up Twig Trees.
And do you want to know a secret? Most of these books were all purchased at the Dollar Tree! Seriously. I actually find that when I’m buying books for decorating the dollar store is a better deal than finding them at the Goodwill, sometimes those hardbacks can still be expensive!
And at when all of the lights from the Christmas tree and the Twig Trees are lit, the whole room is so cozy.
I just want to sit in this room all day and drink a cup of coffee :)
And if red is more your style, here is my Rustic Christmas Vignette from last year.

I’m hoping to have a full Holiday Tour for you soon!

Uh gee how do you find time to do anything with an infant and little girl in the house?
Love the white with silver. I’ve noticed so many bloggers going with simple sophisticated decor this year that will easily transition into winter decor after holidays. I’ve been looking for some reindeer to paint if needed, love your silver deer.
I know I’m especially enjoying seeing the gold/white/silver, it’s very serene. love red/green for holidays but if a person doesn’t have any green or red in their home it’s kinda grinding to the eyes. I love pretty blues/light greens myself with white/silver. Red and gold are exceptionally gorgeous together also. Have to admit I”m a color kind of person.
I’m still making little wood ornaments for gifts. Was going to do something else with small wood plaque size pieces hubs cut for me couple weeks ago but then decided to go another way. I forgot I’d bought myself a gorgeous holiday paper pack on sale at Michaels few weeks ago. I’ll paint back and edges of wood plaques with different colors and put paper then words or some kind of image on front. Can be hung on tree or on a stand. I’ve done pretty much what I can in l/r so need to keep myself busy. Heaven forbid I should clean up all the crafting “stuff” around. I need to create, lol. Many happy wishes to you and yours Taryn for a wonderful, healthy Christmas
Now I”m gonna go eat a cupcake. We raided the bakery bargain rack at City Mkt. yesterday afterno0n, have to get there early or ya get zilch. I was really hungry for a very fattening delicious cupcake.

Hi Taryn, can I just say that I love your setup this year!!! If I wasn’t decorated-out for Christmas, I would totally use your display as inspiration. It’s a good thing you didn’t post this s couple of weeks ago, otherwise I would have started my decor all over. Pinning for next year. Thanks for sharing. Happy Holidays!
