We have had a Christmas tree in our bedroom almost every since we moved into this home. There is just something about falling asleep to twinkling lights. It’s magical, cozy and that that Christmas glow never gets old. Today I’m giving you a quick tour of our our space and the few touches of the holidays.
Christmas Tree In The Bedroom
This space has come a long way in five years. Here is a look at our very first Christmas tree in our bedroom 6 years ago. I went with a white tree and all DIY ornaments with a big holiday scene.
This year I kept things much more minimalistic but I love it just the same.
Green Throw Pillows
I wanted to add a little teeny tiny pop of color to our bedroom for Christmas and I found these emerald pillow covers for just $14 for TWO! A nice quick little change for the season.
Modern Christmas Decor
I brought up the 9′ Frasier Fir from Balsam Hill into our bedroom this year. It fits the vaulted ceilings and the lights are really all I needed up here. I added a few of the gold Nicole Miller ornaments, but otherwise kept it pretty basic.
Bedroom Area Rug
We recently updated our area rug in our bedroom from Solo Rugs. All of their rugs are hand-knotted and absolutely gorgeous! I am so impressed with the quality of this piece and the color goes perfectly in there.
And once again, it never fails that Timber hops in a photo while I’m shooting. This guys loves the camera. ha!
