Two new spaces two days in a row!? Yes, it’s happening. Up until this point I haven’t done anything with our guest bathroom downstairs. The tile work in our shower is gorgeous so that has always been the main focal point (more on that later), but the rest of the bathroom has been completely bare. And that’s all changing today!
I found this piece of Industrial Bathroom Decor that works perfect for a decorative bathroom station. Want to know a secret? It’s actually a mini Wall Wine Bar but I loved the piece so much and thought I could turn it into a piece for the bathroom. I just fell in love with the industrial feel of the welded metal and the design. And I think it works pretty perfectly. I can always count on finding unique home decor pieces from Uncommon Goods.
It was hard to photograph the true size of this space, but this gives you an idea of where the structure is placed next to the shower. It blends great with the tile work.
Our downstairs bathroom is actually an interesting space. We have 4 full bathrooms in our home but the shower in the one downstairs has actually never been because there are no bedrooms down there. I guess our builder designed our home so the our den could also serve as an additional bedroom if we ever needed it, so there is a full bathroom attached. All this to say, because no one uses the shower we haven’t wanted to put money towards a full glass shower door so I decided to add a few decorative elements instead! Isn’t this woven rug beautiful?
I wanted this piece to be a bathroom station filled with fun spa accessories for our guests. I found so many gorgeous bathroom accessories and kits on Uncommon Goods to style with.
I’m starting to think I should forget about our guests and try this Breakfast For Your Face kit myself! I love the labels and the fun packaging. All you have to do is add milk or oils or water, depending on the instructions.
These bath salts looks heavenly.
For a quick before and after, here is the blank wall before. Yup, pretty boring.
But all it took was one statement piece to make the space feel inviting for guests and interesting. I can’t wait to show you more of our home over the next few months, I have lots coming!

How right you are, that wine bar is excellent bathroom organizer. Would love to buy but seeing prices for other items have strong feeling is way over our budget. Not sure where would hang it except in guest bath or on wall over our garden tub..
Sure love how it looks in your bathroom however. Great re-purposing.
Hope all well with you and yours? How are the kids?
A certain dog is woofing at me, time for his treats, how do they know what time it is?
Happy week
