You may have noticed things have been a little quiet over here and there is a good reason, it’s summer time! I have had a lot of fun projects going that you all will see next month, but I have also been taking time for family vacations, a trip back to BHG last week and also spending time with the kiddos. I’ve really been trying to enjoy these months before schools starts and my daughter heads to school full time.
We find ourselves spending the days camped outside enjoying the sunshine (when we have it) and working on outdoor projects. I love being able to hang out as a family and work on the house at the same time. Today, I’ve teamed up with a few lovely bloggers and we are taking you on a tour of our favorite outdoor spots. So are you ready for this Summer Garden Party?
I always want our front porch to feel welcoming as guests arrive. And right now it is dressed with a succulent garden.
I love using fresh blooms around the house and watching them grow. I can’t believe how much they have grown in just a few short months!
Our front porch feels like a little garden and I love sitting here and watching the kids play in the front yard.

Now onto my favorite outdoor space! Here is the outdoor living space that I love.
It’s one of the things that sold me on this house. It sits right off our kitchen/dining area and is the first stop on the way out to our yard. It’s also one of the spaces that I love playing around with for each season.
There have been a few nights where we have sit out here late with the fire going and enjoying the warm summer weather. It’s magical.
