Portable Nightlight Flashlight For Kids + Giveaway

Thanks For Sharing!

You all know I love decorating and styling our home, obviously. But I also love it when I am introduced to cool new home gadgets that are both aesthetically appealing and functional at the same time! And let’s be honest, I’m a little bit of a techie and love it when fun new technology products come out.

With three little kids, I’m constantly thinking about things to add to our home that make our life easier and that are also great for the kids. I’m so excited to show you guys the adorne by Legrand portable nightlight flashlights that hook right into the wall! These are brilliant. They are clean and modern and the kids also love them.

AND I know you guys are going to love them too, so I’m giving away 10 of them to 10 of YOU!

Adorne by Legrand Light SwitchI replaced all of the wall switches in the kids’ rooms to go with the nightlight/flashlights. I wanted a cohesive look and went with the Gloss White Wall Plate and the White Touch Switch. I really love the touch switch because you just have to gently put your fingers on it and it turns the bedroom light on and off. My kids don’t have to be jumping up and down trying to get the switch anymore!
Flashlight and Light PlateMoving onto the wall where we put the nightlight. The adorne Nightlight/Flashlight line fits in the existing electrical box, so no need to rewire. All we had to do was take off the outlet and replace it with this. It was a fairly easy process. The light is easily customized with adorne wall plates (these are sold separately) and are available in 32 colors and a variety of real materials. I love me some crisp white, so I went with a really clean look.

Adorne by LegrandThere is a little button on the top right corner of the light that allows you to set it to off, low, medium and high and on flashlight settings. One of my favorite features is that is recharges while mounted in wall so in the vent the power goes out, it can operate for up to 10 hours! I LOVE this. How many times do you find yourself in a power outage from a winter storm and are searching the house for flashlights and candles? This means the power goes out and the light will still be shining from the wall. And you can pop them out and take them with you. This is so great for both adults and kids.

Adorne FlashlightTo get the flashlight out, all you have to do is gently push it and it pops out and you can grab it. It’s really easy, my kids can both do it by themselves (see video below).

Full wall with AdorneThe light looks great in my daughter’s room , the light is super clean and sleek looking.

Reading In Bed With Light Adorne by LegrandI think another great feature is that it can be used as a reading light. Just pop it out and shine it on your books.

Here is a quick video I put together to show how easy it is to use. And don’t forget to enter the giveaway below!

I love how the light fits in to existing plates-no rewiring. I also love how you can set the light brightness.

Such a great idea. This would be perfect for my little guy when there’s “something scary” in his room! Definitely need to get a few of these for around our house!
