Let’s be honest, I’m not a beauty blogger by any means. BUT I thought it would switch things up today and share my favorite every day make up products. I’ve learned a thing or two over the years about products I like and wear daily and swear by. For example, I’ve worn the same mascara for 7 years. Plus I’m sharing a few of the ones I am currently using but switch up from time to time.
I’m a pretty simple gal when it comes to my makeup routine, I have a day look and a heavier make up look but I only have one simple make-up bag for all of it.
What’s In My Makeup Bag
Favorite Every Day Makeup Products
IT Cosmetics CC+ cream SPF 50 – I’ve used this foundation for about a year and LOVE it. It’s a full coverage foundation and SPF is a must!
Better Than Sex Mascara – Ok. I SWEAR by this mascara. I have used it since it released in 2013 and I don’t think I will ever change. I have changed many different ones over the years and NOTHING compares. I will caution, I don’t like the water proof version. But I’ve tried the Damn Girl! and I feel like it’s really similar.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer – This is one of my fav bronzers! I am not currently using it, but it’s been a go-to for many years.
Too Faced Chocolate Bronzer – Ok, this actually smells like chocolate! This has been my current bronzer for about a year. It lasts A LONG time! I like the matte finish so it doesn’t give too much sparkle on your face. It’s a nice natural look.
Lancome Brow Shaping Powdery Pencil – I’m really liking this pencil. It’s my first time using it and it’s actually lasted me almost an entire year and I wear it daily!
Ardell Magnetic Lashes – I don’t wear false eye lashes daily, only the mascara listed above. But when we go out for date night for special occasions and I want a heavier make-up look I like these. And the ones below…
Ardell Natural False Eye Lashes – I actually think I prefer these false eye lashes over the magnetic ones. They feel more natural looking to me. They stay on great and I can often get multiple uses out of a pair.
Revlon Liquid Sharp Eyeliner – I go back and forth between a pencil and liquid eyeliner. I’ve been using the liquid more often, I like the more solid sleek line. Makes for a more dramatic eye. This one lasts a while and goes on really smooth. Super reasonable!
Beauty Blender Sponges – These knock-off ones on Amazon are great! I use them with my fuller coverage foundation and they work great. Helps keep the oils from your hands getting on our face.
Facial Hair Remover – I was so nervous to use these for the first time but I have really started to love them! It’s a great way to remove dead skin from your face and also remove those peace fuzz hairs.
Too Faced Natural Eyes Eyeshadow Palette– I have always been a neutral eye girl, I like the bronze, golds and brown colors. This has been a great palette. It has a great mixture of shadows. It’s lasted me a long time!
Inglot Blush Powder – This my current blush. I like to mix it with my bronzer when I apply it to tone it down a bit.
Maybelline 24 Hour Color Stay – I have worn this for years and SWEAR by it! I’m all about color stay lips because I don’t have time to keep reapplying it, plus I don’t like it rubbing off when I give kisses. I wear Unlimited Raison for my every day look, it’s way more of a brown/neutral than it appears online. I’ve tried tons of their colors over the years and have quite a few.
Maybelline Super Stay Matte Lips – I love a good matte lip, I have this in a few colors but I like the Escapist for a bold night look or when I do photoshoots. It’s dark but a really pretty earth tone color.
