Happy Monday! I’ve got a whole week packed full of new tutorials and updates on the house and I’m so excited. So let’s dive in. Last week, I showed you our Shiplap Wall Display all dressed up for Valentine’s Day. I wanted to do my own take on the holiday this year and displayed a variety of rustic hearts with different textures and mediums. One of my favorites is this DIY Rustic Heart Decor made using a wood round and faux succulents. I’m going to show you just how easy it is to make.
Supplies
- Wood Round
- Faux Succulents
- Hot Glue Gun
- Power Drill
Draw a heart onto your wood round to use as a guid.
Gently drill down about half way through the wood leaving about 1 1/2-2″ in-between each hole.
Place a dab of hot glue on your Faux Succulents and place it in the hole.
Complete your whole heart with a variety of succulents!
You can hang on the wall or place it on a sweet vignette!
Mine is hanging on my shiplap wall!
This DIY Rustic Heart Decor took me about 10 minutes to make and it’s a fun addition to the wall.
