Welcome to another fabulous week of Top 10 Tuesday here at DDD. I’ve seen some amazing fall mantels around blog land and I have to admit I am extremely envious. Even though we have a fireplace in our home, it doesn’t have a mantel (tear). My hubby knows how much I love mantels and how I have dreamt of decorating one my whole life (seriously) so we attempted to build our own mantel soon after we were married. However, the space is rather challenging and after a few different tries we gave up and the project hasn’t been touched since. I’m sure I’ll be back later on this year with a mantel update, at least I’m hoping!
So until the day comes when I get to play with my own mantel, here is some fabulous fall mantel inspiration
1.Beautiful mantel from Crafty, Scrappy, Happy

Your mantel inspired me to decorate mine. I used Pampas Grass feathers, Crape Myrtle berries. Pyracantha (sp) berries,And other things from the yard, a large frame with book pages and “FALL” spelled out inside. Love it!
