Do you have one of those recipes that you make over and over again and never get sick of it? Today, I’m letting you in on my very favorite salad recipes that is SO easy to throw together. This Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad With Homemade Dressing is perfect for those times when you need to bring a dish to a party or you just want something easy to make for dinner. I’m also sharing the recipe for my go-to homemade salad dressing, this can be made with ingredients that just about everyone has laying around the house.
Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad With Homemade Dressing

I make this salad ALL the time and it never gets old. You can add blueberries into the mix or if you want to serve this as a main dish, try added shredded chicken.
I haven’t talked a lot about my food allergies on the blog in awhile, but I am allergic to soy and almost every store-bought salad dressing has some form of soy in it. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need to whip up my own dressing, I make this super simple honey balsamic dressing.
PS. If you need a soy free dressing, I LOVE the Brianna’s Dressing line, they are all so good. But I don’t always have these on hand or around me. So in those cases, I make my own!
