Pumpkin pie, apple crisp, cheese cake, mini chocolates. What is your go-to dessert for Thanksgiving? I’m all about the pumpkin. It’s one of my favorite flavors and anything pumpkin goes. We all know pumpkin pie seems to be a fan favorite but what about making pumpkin smoothies? They would be a fun new twist to your dessert line up!
I’m sharing my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Smoothie recipe today! It’s sweet and savory and will definitely make an impact.
This recipe is full of flavor and can be adjusted to your taste buds!
Ingredients:
– 3 Cups Frozen Yogurt
– 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
– 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
– 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (Suggest reducing or eliminating for a lighter taste)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
I put everything in my Blendtec and pushed the smoothie button.
Voila! These mini classic mason jars are so adorable and the perfect way to serve your treats. And I love that they are plastic, which makes them light weight and great for kids.
Top them off with whip cream, a little extra spice and a cute straw and you have yourself a great Thanksgiving dessert to serve to your guests.
I will warn you, these are a little rich but oh so yummy!

We love pumpkin around here too! I have almost an entire self of my dedicated to cans of pumpkin (I buy it in the summer when it’s cheap). Anyway, I was wondering if you have ever tried this recipe with ice cream instead of frozen yogurt (my husband claims to not like frozen yogurt) :)
I may try and sneak the frozen yogurt in and see if he notices :)
Thanks for posting the recipe hopefully we will have a chance to try it this week! But I pinned it so I would be able to find it!
