Hi Friends! Have you been following the Dog Days of Winter Are Over series? Well this week we are kicking off the WEAR-IT Challenge. And yes, that means I am actually stepping out from behind the camera (aka my comfort zone) and showing you what I wear (gulp). Did I mention this is really out of my comfort zone? There is a reason I am not a fashion blogger lol. Although, this IS helping me overcome my fear of actually getting in front of a camera. Who knows, I might even buster up enough courage to actually do a Google + hang out :)
I’m a stay-at-home mom and a craft/diy blogger which means on most days I basically live in yoga pants, sweatshirts and my favorite pair of jeans (that are paint ready). But on the days when I actually leave the house and need to make myself presentable, I do like to dress up… a little. Ever since becoming a mom, I quickly learned the importance of dressing in something comfortable, but I also like to try and stay trendy at the same time (try is the key word here).
Today I’m showing you one of my current favorite and most comfortable shirts, and how you can easily wear it four different ways. Economical and practical. 1 Shirt, 4 Ways. Here we go.
This causal blouse style shirt has become go-to for me. It’s comfortable, versatile and extremely inexpensive at Target right now! I have it in a few colors and I can’t seem to wash them fast enough. I love how I can wear it around the house but easily dress it up for a quick dinner date with the girls.
The above picture is how you can find me on a pretty typical day. Basic shirt, skinny jeans and my Tiffany’s Cross that my hubby gave me when I had Miss E.
But as spring approaches, I’ll be adding some fun pops of color to my wardrobe, like this turquoise bubble necklace from Pick Your Plum!
Or maybe I’ll pair it with one of my all-time favorite necklaces. I bought this from Target a few years ago and I still love it. Hot pink mixed with orange and a little bling!
And then there are days when throwing a scarf around my neck just seems like a much simpler solution :)
Pink Shirt: Target (I can’t find the exact shirt online)
Turquoise Bubble Necklace: Pick Your Plum
Hot Pink and Orange Chunky Necklace: Target
Scarf: I honestly can’t remember :)

Taryn,
I am totally loving this post! It is a great reminder that we can take one piece of clothing and make it look different by accessories. I love that chunky necklace you picked up at Target…totally my style.
