Easy Pumpkin Dip

Thanks For Sharing!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Nature Valley. The opinions and text are all mine.

It’s the time of year for everything pumpkin flavored! I absolutely love the smell of pumpkin baking and the festive taste it brings to any food. Since I am gluten-free I am often searching for new snack ideas that are safe to eat AND delicious! This weekend I whipped up an Easy Pumpkin Dip using just 2 ingredients and paired it with the new Gluten Free Nature Valley Simple Nut Bars. Sooooo good.
2 ingredient pumpkin dip

This dip took only minutes to make. It is light and has the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor and spice. Dipping the sweet and salty nut bar into it was the perfect pairing.

Easy Pumpkin DipThis would be a great after school snack idea or an appetizer for a holiday party.

GF Nature Valley Simple Nut Bars

To make it more of a finger food snack, I cut up the gluten-free Nature Valley Simple Nut Bars into thirds. They are made from a variety of nuts and have a really tasty glaze on them.

In addition to the Simple Nut Bars, Nature Valley has made 10 of your favorite snack bars gluten free!

FOR THE DIP:

Mix 1 8oz container of regular cool whip and 1 cup of pumpkin pie mix.

Let the cool whip sit out for about 30 minutes so it’s easy to mix. Also, make sure you buy the pumpkin pie MIX not just the filling. This way it already includes all of the spices and is full of flavor. To top it off, I sprinkled a little bit of cinnamon for a garnish. That’s it!

Yum! This was such a great snack. Don’t tell my family but I ate the whole thing before they could taste it :)

Something super simple and an easy way to dress up snack time!Learn more about all the Nature Valley gluten free nut & protein bars on Facebook : Twitter : Instagram
