Dairy Free Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Disclosure: I received a Blendtec to review for this post. My opinions are clearly 100% my own because I really really love this kitchen gadget!

Do you say Mint Chocolate Chip or Chocolate Chip Mint? My vote is for the latter, but out of love for my husband we’ll call today’s recipe a Dairy Free Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie ! And want to know the best part, it only took me 30 seconds to make.

Dairy Free Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

If you are new around here you may not know that I am gluten-free, egg-free and soy-free, so I’m always trying to come up with new healthy treats that satisfy my cravings. Since almost all chocolate products contain soy, it’s always a challenge to eat anything with chocolate flavoring from the stores. Which is one of the reasons why I wanted to recreate this wonderful flavor combo that I rarely get to eat!

The flavor combo is amazing. With all the fresh ingredients together it tastes so clean.

Blendtech

Ok. So I’ve wanted a Blendtec for a really really long time. So let’s just say when I turned this baby on and it said ‘Congratulations on Your New Blendtec!” I was just a wee bit excited. This blender is honestly top notch and exceeded all my expectations. It’s incredibly sleek and I was amazed at the technology. It can identify potential problems including loading errors, overheating, or air pockets and tells you how to fix them.

It also has pre-set blends for common recipes like smoothies, dips, ice cream, soup and cleaning. It’s all digital and touchscreen and I may be a little obsessed. I kid you not the first time I used it, I took a pic and sent it to my husband telling him how amazing it was.

Heathy Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Now let’s get to the yummy stuff. This healthy smoothie is made with Dairy Free Vanilla Coconut Yogurt,  Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chips and Fresh Mint Leaves and is so easy to make!
30 second Dairy Free Mint Chocolate Chip SmoothieSince I was just making a personal smoothie, I used the Twister Jar that came with the blender and it was the perfect size for my large drink :) Using the tips from Blendtec, I loaded my blender in a specific order to ensure the best blend. They have great tips, I never knew how much went into blending but they do a great job getting you started.

I used the pre-set buttons and it only took 30 seconds to turn my ingredients into a delicious smoothie. I didn’t have to open it up and scrape down the sides or shake it or anything. This blender is seriously the real deal, it is awesome.

It’s often the final finishing touches that truly transform the vibe of a room. I picked up some final styling pieces from @wayfair , I am obsessed with both side tables. They are both statement pieces. And the personal photos, candle, heart trays and leather pillows are why bring the warmth and personal touches into this space.

I finally found the perfect family and pet-friendl I finally found the perfect family and pet-friendly sofa that passes the designer test! This is the 5-Seat Modular Corner Sectional from @7thavenueco in the color Oatmeal Beige. We ordered it in the extra-deep seat option for ultimate coziness. The material is water-repellent, stain-resistant and you can also throw all covers in the wash!

We cannot say enough great things about this sofa, we all love it and just sink into it. It definitely passes the family test. Plus, it truly is gorgeous. It looks very chic.
