With all of the food allergies in our household, there is one thing that we an ALL eat. Meat. So we eat a lot of it. A nice juicy steak is a staple in our weekly meal planning and these steaks from KC Steak Company are SO good. With the holidays coming up, I wanted to up our steak game with a new sauce that fits right into the holidays. This green pesto paired with the red tomatoes, dresses up your steak with the perfect Christmas flare.
This Basil Pesto Steak Sauce recipe is SO easy and you can whip it up right before your guests arrive. It will taste so fresh.
- 2 Cups of Basil Leaves
- 1 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 Pine Nuts
- 1/3 Cup Oil ( I use Avocado Oil)
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
- Put all ingredients (but the tomatoes) into a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve!
Pour all the ingredients into the food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve! Add a little basil garnish to make it feel fancy for your guests!
