What a journey it has been over the past 9 years of blogging! It’s hard to believe it has been that long but as the same time it’s incredible to see how much this space has changed and evolved. What started out as a small craft blog where I shared kid crafts and sewing, has now turned into an interior design and DIY site. And I have finally found where my heart belongs.
Many of you have been around since the beginning and many of you have joined this year and I am so appreciative of each and every one of you who following along and make this such a great community. I wouldn’t have made it the past 9 years without you!
As I continue to expand and evolve my business, I wanted to find a way to give you a better look into Taryn Whiteaker Designs and how it came to be. I am a true believer that everything happens for a reason and how each experience in life give us tools and building blocks for the next step. I can look back and see how so many little pieces led me to here and I am so grateful for that.

What started as a small craft and mom blog eventually grew into a full time design and DIY site.
