Gluten Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

- Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix
- Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ Cup Oil (I use Avocado Oil)
- 2 Eggs (I use EnerG Egg Replacer)
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, chocolate chips, eggs and oil and mix together.
- Place 1" balls of dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
