There is nothing quite like baking during the holidays! I love the smells of cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread and cheer filling the house. And I can’t forget one popular flavor that makes it’s way into the stores this time of year, the classic nog! Do you stock up the second it hits the shelves?
While the traditional nog recipe is always a hit, there are other ways you can use the traditional drink. Today, I’m sharing my recipe for Holiday Nog Bundt Cake, it’s super simple to make using International Delight Holiday Nog.
I think cakes taste better when they are pretty, am I right? I love placing cakes in bundt pans because the presentation is so festive this time of year.
To top off the cake, I poured the icing over it which soaked into the cake and gave it an extra punch of flavor.
- 1 Cup International Delight Holiday Nog

- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 3 Cups Flour

- Slowly add in the dry ingredients and baking powder and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a bundt pan.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes or until you can pull a toothpick out clean.
- Icing:

My husband is generally not a fan of nog, and he gave this recipe two thumbs up because of the rich flavors. It’s perfect for Christmas morning :)
